The analysis laboratory in Hillerstorp performs basic chemical analysis of customers’ bath samples and performs plating tests and troubleshooting if necessary.
Laboratory analyses, which usually result in a response within 24 hours of receiving a bath sample, provide the advantage of ensuring that processes and electrolytes function correctly and within the necessary parameters.
Process parameters outside those specified in the operating instructions can lead to defective coatings. In some cases, this can lead to loss of production and potential complaints. Regular laboratory analyses ensure that processes work optimally and protect against financial losses due to downtime or the exchange of chemicals.
For extended laboratory analysis of electrolytes, we use our state-of-the-art laboratory at the parent company in Germany.
